Agree Zip. Were we really going to go 80 yards anyway even if we stopped them?

MAGIC!!!  That's the way.  Missed FG.

All, right.  I'm getting out the cornflakes.  I reckon you should consider some popcorn for the first time this year, 57.  A little extra magic never hurt.

It's time to clean things up & make a few halftime adjustments.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Huge throw by Roste. Bethel 1st and goal from the 9 under a minute left

OzJohnnie

A great first half for the Johnnies, despite the score.

One blown play is the difference for the Crusader offense.  Other than that they have had nothing.  The defense has been playing really well.  Are all over the UHMB schemes.

The offense has moved the ball but not sustained.  The UHMB defenders are exceptionally athletic and raise the level of just raw pressure on the field.  But there has been a few missed chances which would have changed the complexion of the game.  A few dropped passes.  I think the O settles and tunes a little and we've got a good shot of three scores in the next half.

Is it just me, or are the officials spotting the ball about a yard short for the Johnnies and a yard to the good for UMHB? I wouldn't have noticed, but it seems to be consistent.

Johnnies holding strong at half. Looks like they've been able to move the ball a bit, just getting stalled out.

Who is this Hammond fellow for UMHB? Are they running a dual-QB setup with him and Hammack?

;D ;D :P :P

kubiack78

Roste scores xp missed/blocked  23-12  41 seconds left in the half

OzJohnnie

Good job, Bethel.  A score to close the half.  Still alive in Whitewater.

OzJohnnie

The usual Bethel crew isn't here at all.  They must have all gone to the game.

No Hammond for UMHB. Hammack has been the only QB for us.
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

Luckily I knew that. But if I were just tuning in to the Johnnie broadcast, I might be confused.
