If there was any question about whether VOJ is a douchebag (there shouldn't be at this point), note his response to a Johnnie player getting called for targeting. VOJ initially admonished the player on air (good), then talked about how he'd be ineligible to play part of next week's game (informative), and then opined that maybe SJ2 could appeal the decision so that he could play next week (totally irresponsible). You Johnnies need to get rid of this guy.

Bull**** call and bull**** rule...it was a tipped ball and he was reacting to the play. NCAA needs to change that....player should not get tossed on a judgement call when reacting to play.

Hey 57, they are going to replay a bunch of commercials just for you!  ;D

And to kill some time.

That might be the case, but we have rules for a reason. The official made a call. VOJ didn't even seem to disagree with the call on air. He talked about SJ2 appealing because he didn't want SJ2 disadvantaged next week. He's a poor representative for SJ2, which prides itself on instilling values.

I think all Targeting calls get reviewed at the end of the half (in this case - end of game) so the ejection for next week could get overturned.

A "go through the motions" 4th quarter leaves it a 48-0 final for the Cobbers over Auggie.

You're right. The defendant is guilty. How dare they exercise the right to appeal the decision?!

Are you serious? What's the harm in taking a second look? It's not going to change the result of the game today.

VOJ makes  "Sweep the Leg" Karate Kid reference when the other guy gives the UST score. No love lost.

Congrats Cobbers. Fear the Ear!  8-)

And the rule is that these calls get reviewed because as anyone above an idiot IQ should know by now, Officials can make mistakes

There's no harm in taking a second look, especially because there might not have been an infraction. However, bringing up the potential benefits of an appeal when you've already admonished the player on air signals that you don't really value the rules. VOJ is a total douche. I think most Johnnies know he's a douche and that's why few jump to defend him.

Now VOJ just has to laugh at the Tommies referring to themselves as Nerdy and Rev will have a full on conniption!

I opened a separate window for the audio coverage.

Maybe SJ2 cut VOJ's mic. If so, kudos...
