Win or lose-this is the best called game offensively for SJU in a long time.

You maybe can't tell from the score, but BVU is actually a good deal better than last year.

Both on offense and defense. They were swiss cheese a year ago, this year, they've forced us to execute. And they can throw when they get the time. Still a ways to go, but they are improving...

The BVU passing game is pretty impressive - except when their line breaks down. The BU rush seems to be the key. BU needs to keep up a stronger rush, in my opinion. Give credit to the Vista for what they're doing.
Better a Has-been than a Never-was. Better a Never-was than a Never-tried-to-be.

TD BVU...33-14.

Tough on the secondary there. Play broke down and QB scrambled. Lost the receiver in the back of the endzone

Seems like Bobby Brown is doing everything for BVU - They score, to close it to 33-14.

THE BALL IS . . . held on to by O'Connell

What's "it's green side up for O'Connel" mean?

Matt Workman having a great game.
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

That was a bad defensive oversight there.  The Johnnies were seeing red like a bull and missed the man drifting open.

decent pickup by the toms running a$$hole

I'm getting to really enjoy the way Eric Peterson works at QB for Bethel.

Ok.  It's a bit frustrating that the Johnnie defense keeps letting people drift wide open in the flats.  Something to be worked on.
