Much snow in the high country. Drove over Monarch Pass on Thursday and it was snowing but the road was good. San Juans just south of here are covered.

Yeah, Rapid City, South Dakota got rocked this week--4 feet of snow over 48 hours--I was wondering how far south and west that whopper extended.

The Natural Bowl is a strange beast, and the wind seems to come out of nowhere sometimes. I hope the condition Charlie described persists.
