UMHB defensive secondary was the deal breaker.  They're excellent!

A tradition unrivaled...

Too bad BU had to shoot themselves in the foot early in the game - could have had a great finish.  Congrats on a great season for BU

No- he had a guy in his face and couldn't see and threw it

sjujohnnie

One positive takeaway, we can play with these guys! Too many drops/mistakes & didn't help that they didn't call all of the blocks in the back, holding, & interference calls.

Johnnies with the Seattle in the Super Bowl INT. That's it.

Good game against great team, had their chances. Gonna hurt. We're going to end up with 100 more yards of offense than them.

And yeah Erdmann made a few mistakes but he also threw for nearly 400 (and counting) against a D that's been pretty lights out for three years.

(Also, still a few minutes left for some Magic....)

What an innocuous bit of contact that hurt the UHMB QB.  It was hardly more than bumping into someone in an elevator.  Strange.

But-it was a season-far better than I think anyone expected. Just a little work on D and SJU will be playing in the quarters again next year

Awful-he panicked and threw it-that is bad

You're quite harsh on a kid that literally carried a team on his back all season. Running a goal line slant from the slot into traffic is destined for failure. Not Erdman's fault. Running a beat up QB on 4th & 2 is destined for failure. Once again not his fault. He escapes pressure and throws a deep ball on the run and one of the best DIII DB's make an incredible play. Not his fault.

UMHB defensive secondary was the deal breaker.  They're excellent!

They seemed to have three defenders around the ball all day. That should mean someone's open. Johnnies were not outplayed, they hurt themselves more than UMHB hurt them. I know they deserve some credit, but not all that much//

St. John's what, no confidence in being able to pull it out with 2 minutes left. (nice block punt)

OzJohnnie

TD Johnnies!!!!  There's still a chance!

See I told you they could Block it
