Looking like Gustavus is about to tie it up. Ugh!

This is one of the worst Johnnie defenses I can recall in a long time. Poor tackling and inconsistent.  Missing the guy that just makes plays when needed.

A tradition unrivaled...

Cobbers, well, let's just say it has been easy so far against MAC. Up 14-0 very early.

Corn. How windy in Moorhead? Good for the Cobber running game I'm thinking.

Wind on Moorhead is NNW at 15-20mph. You know...normal. But I'm at home in the Cities this weekend. Now 21-0. Wind would seem to suggest run, but the Cobbs haven't been a good running team since going to the spread offense a few years back. Maybe today will be different, but so far it's been Air-CON but for some very successful QB scrambles.

Going south I used to take a right at the Jake to go to my girlfriend's place. NNW at 15-20 is pretty normal, I have all of that here.

Gustie radio guys are classic. Like watching the game in a dive bar with some dudes.

Assuming the radio crew is the same as the video stream, yes, our FREE broadcast announcers take a lot of heat from those whose schools bilk their patrons to provide a more "professional" presentation. But I actually like the homey sounding broadcasts that often include bonus footage of sound bites that were not intended to be heard!

Cobbs now up 28-8 near the end of the 1st Q.

Another ****ing SJU penalty.  Are these guys just stupid or what?  These are stupid penalties.

I commented on the Gustie radio guys. And it was a compliment.

We just don't have a presence..you're right that there's not a guy or two that consistently make plays.

We are a big play offense with a below average defense and below average o-line.
Can we get a stop with 6:52 to go in the half?

Nope

Wartburg is the best team in the upper midwest IMO, including the MIAC and WIAC.

Edit: same was true last year, and I stated such.

No...better than MIAC but not MIAC.
