Day 2 of as The NE Regional Turns:

Bridgewater and Keene a battle of state "institutions"....goes to.....Bridgewater State, err, no, not that BWS, the University, dummy

USM vs Bowdoin - picture a battle of NATIONAL Powers - women's basketball winter 2002-03 - the chants begin from the USM sidelines - "Trust Fund babies, Trust Fund babies", to which the return chant from the Bowdoin sidelines is "SAT's, SAT's, SAT's" classic stuff...so this battle unlike that one goes to......USM.

Wheaton beats WNE - The winner of this game will be Regional Champs; so who wins between a bear and a Lyon? Tough to beat a team 3 times in 1 year unless you are destined to go to the big dance.....Win goes to Wheaton "Y" the Lyons

Trinity over St Joes; Monks are bless-ed but Trinity is triple blessed. Win goes to F,S,& HG

KSC holds the damage to two runs. Bates dove for a ball and injured his right shoulder. He was in great pain. I would suspect shoulder separation?

What is it with Keene State and first pitch swinging. Are they trying to make life easier for a pitcher who has thrown 120 pitches?

Good win for Keene State. I think they lost Greg Bates for the tournament. It will hurt not having his bat in the lead-off spot.

Good win for the owls.... good pitching, timely hitting. This time of the year just win baby. Who would they play next? Is it the winner of the USM and Bowdoin, or is it the loser of the 1-0 teams? Not sure. Looking for a little help.

They play the loser of Game 8 which is between Trinity and St Joe's....

Who does KSC play.The Mansfield and KSC schedule says Wheaton. But Wheaton is a winner and should be playing another 2-0 team. Shpould not Keene play the loser of St Joe and Trinity?
