They were feeling it.

I went to the Plattsburgh State-Oswego State game tonight in Plattsburgh.

Oswego State was 18x32 from downtown...56.3%.  Brian Sortino from Oswego was 8x12 and Alex Rawa was 5x7.  That's against the Plattsburgh State 3 point defense that was ranked 4th in the nation coming into the game. Those 2 guys were locked in and our guys had hands in their faces all night long and it didn't matter, they just kept draining them. Impressive display of shooting by the Laker guards. Needless to say Plattsburgh lost 90-74.

Just putrid!  And they still kicked the game away at the end by heaving up a terrible three at the end of regulation.  Keene did nothing well and absolutely deserved to lose considering how bad they played.

Last week of the regular season.  I'm thinking of adding quarterfinal & semifinal games (I believe quarterfinal games are next Tuesday with the semifinals Friday).  I'd add the championship, but with about 17 hours between when the last semifinal game ends and the championship game begins, so not enough time to make that pick, so I'll the championship game prediction a bonus for next week.  Thoughts for tournament picks??

Bonus tournament scenario's (once again no penalty for wrong/missed answers):
Bonus 1: Which team will win clinch the #1 seed in the WOMEN'S tournament:  Keene State or Eastern Connecticut?  They are tied at 9-3 atop the conference and play Wednesday in Keene.  Eastern won the first matchup, so if the win they'll clinch the 1 seed since they own the tiebreaker.  IF Keene wins, and they finish tied I believe Eastern would also win the tiebreaker since they'd have a better conference road record then Keene would.
Bonus number 2: Which team will finish with a HIGHER seed in the 2016 LEC tournament: Plymouth State or Dartmouth?  They are currently tied at 6-6 and Plymouth wins the tiebreaker since they swept the season series.
Bonus number 3: What will be the 2 vs. 7 matchup in the first round: RI College @ Southern Maine OR UMass-Dartmouth vs. Any Other Combination?

Still recovering from my trip to Amherst in wind chill of -30.. Ugh!  It is snowing in MD now.  Heading South on Thurs for family visits, etc .  Take a break before picking...had to shovel a little.
