Lycoming GK shoves Pascual-Leone - about as clear of a daylight shove as you could find - off the ball when he was obstructing him from taking a free-kick. This could get ugly.

If the shove was worthy of a PK, then it should of been worthy of a yellow which I did not see given to the GK.  Then the GK for Lycoming wasn't even set when the PK was taken.  Just poor officiating all around.  That does not take away from Amherst's dominance so far.

I wish I could even see what was happening.  Haverford's stream freezes every 3 seconds.
I didn't see either goal as I'm multi-tasking.  But my stream isn't too bad, slightly choppy at times, but very watchable.  I'm sorry to hear you are having problem as I'm sure it means a lot more to you to see the game.

Extremely poor first half by SLU.  It'll be very disappointing if this is how they go out.  Credit to Haverford for exploiting SLU's weakness at defending set pieces.

Yeah, very poor. He literally pushed him out of the way with two hands. Have to think either the ref didn't see it.

Amherst gets a piece of the opposing player on virtually every tackle.  Almost seems like it is a requirement.  And looks like more than half the time flying in studs up.  An intimidating team to play.  Lycoming was going to have no chance in this one.  Based on what we're seeing right now, Amherst vs Haverford if we get that will be a compelling match.

If your stream still not working well try another device or make sure you don't have wifi and mobile data on at the same time.

I'm switching to my desk top.  The last 10 minutes the stream did become a bit more stable.

..just a note, the GK doesn't have to be set, he just has to be on the goal line before the ref blows the whistle
That PK call even caught the commentator of the match off guard

Amherst already resting some players. Lycoming just does not have the athleticism or skill to keep up. Their GK being so out of shape is a complete slap in the face to the coach. Interesting side note is how dirty Lycoming is. They certainly match Amherst dirty play.

What are the conditions at Kenyon today? Field and weather-wise

Just got here - overcast and 50 degrees. faint breeze from the east. Rain is supposed to hold off until 5 ish. Field is as it was - freshly lined!

PaulNewman

Was that Corkery almost putting himself out of the next match?  Looks like that game getting out of control as well.

Flying Weasel

Red Card for St. Lawrence's Harry Copeland down 2-0.  That might seal the Saints fate (if it wasn't already).

Trivial note: Pascual-Leone's doppelganger is Thomas Ian Nicholas from his American Pie days.

Mr.Right

Lycoming with a poor performance today and I have doubts if they would finish mid-table in Nescac. Just an easy PASS for Amherst to the Elite 8.

Yes, but we knew that... SLU is a disappointment....
