I didn't think Lycoming had much of a shot to begin with. good season for them though

Snoozefest at Kenyon. Clougher almost with huge blunder. Lords dodge bullet

Not sure what the keeper was thinking on that one! Ball just missed catching the back post. Kenyon is putting high pressure on the backs - need to keep that up. Calvin's wings each got behind their respective backs once each - #11 -Kenyon's RB - is having a good game, but the LB is very vulnerable. Calvin should switch 11 to the right side - his 1v1 dribbling ability is excellent.

Spot on analysis.....Kenyon's midfield not connecting as well as yesterday. Legs for both teams must be getting tired....

Trinity goes 1-0 up on Brandeis. Once again, Judges fail to clear a free-kick, and it comes back to haunt them.

Elsewhere, SUNY Oneonta already up 1-0 on MIT. MIT can't get anywhere near Oneonta.

Lycoming GK shoves Pascual-Leone - about as clear of a daylight shove as you could find - off the ball when he was obstructing him from taking a free-kick. This could get ugly.
And no call. Happened again later. Different player. Lycoming showed a lot of frustration early and then often

Oneonta is on another level this year. watched them play 4+ times now and haven't disappointed me yet. they are getting it together at the perfect time. I have them winning everything

Amherst gets a piece of the opposing player on virtually every tackle.  Almost seems like it is a requirement.  And looks like more than half the time flying in studs up.  An intimidating team to play.  Lycoming was going to have no chance in this one.  Based on what we're seeing right now, Amherst vs Haverford if we get that will be a compelling match.
Camera probably not picking up the blatant late fouls by Lycoming well after the ball is elsewhere. Looked like they were trying to take NPL out of the game.

If the shove was worthy of a PK, then it should of been worthy of a yellow which I did not see given to the GK.  Then the GK for Lycoming wasn't even set when the PK was taken.  Just poor officiating all around.  That does not take away from Amherst's dominance so far.
..just a note, the GK doesn't have to be set, he just has to be on the goal line before the ref blows the whistle
That PK call even caught the commentator of the match off guard
Keeper was busy complaining about the call. Ref pointed to the goal line at least 3 times to get the GK ready, but the kid wasn't interested in preparing for the PK

Calvin moves on, 1:0, past Kenyon.
