Loras was having the better of play and looked as if they would run the clock down with little problem but Wheaton strikes out of no where and the momentum seems to have shifted. I can see PK's brewing in the near future for this one!

OT, man that 2nd half was a flurry. 35 minutes of Loras domination and it just took 1 lapse to Wheaton to capitalize.

Yes. Both teams are very good. Fun to watch when it gets to this level. Sweet 16 and beyond has been great this year.

Wheaton very lucky on Loras' corners...great service from Loras and unlucky no one got a head on that last one as the keeper completely misjudged the ball.

Speaking of corner kicks the goalie misjudges another and misses the punch and Loras buries the rebound home and Loras has danced there way to the final 4 with a 2-1 OT win.

What a great game, both teams playing hard and leaving it all out there. Congratulations to the DuHawks for advancing to KC- well deserved.

Gut-wrenching loss for the Thunder after coming back to tie. Thanks for a great season Thunder Soccer. Hold your heads high- we're proud of you!

And nice job by the announcers- homers of course which is to be expected - but not overly so.
