No Eatstern.. they were young last year

Eastern will struggle this year. I would be surprised if they made their conference playoffs.

Kean could certainly be a team to watch out of the NJAC. They had a nice 2021 campaign. Do you know if they return a lot of players?

Eastern lost their 6-5 CB.  Transferred to D1 Merrimack.

Strike that.  He transferred back  :)

3-0 Messiah before halftime against W&L with goals from McDonald, Lefever, and as freshman Patrick Lee.

Their roster show him being on the team.  Did he return?

I did not see last year's keeper on the Eastern roster though.

Opening weekend has come and gone and there were some surprising results as expected in the early going.

Messiah thumps W&L but then draws a good Lynchburg side. 1-0-1 and a quality start for the Falcons.

JHU with a nice win over Rowan and a decent road result with a draw at Lycoming. 1-0-1 for the Blue Jays.

F&M with a shaky start to the season and very well could be winless after two. Sneaked by LVC and got thumped at Stevens...could this be a down year for the Diplomats? 1-1-0 out of the gate.

Montclair not as sharp as expected either. 1-0-2 start but they would be hopeful for more.

NYU off to a 1-0-1 start and two shut-outs. Nice start for the Bobcats.

Swarthmore off to a 2-0-0 start as expected. The Garnet face a couple tough opponents over the next two weeks.

Stevens starts 1-0-1 with an impressive thrashing of F&M.

Rowan starts 1-1-1 and lucky to sneak away with a draw vs Trinity. The next few games will tell us more.

Gettysburg off to a hot start as the Bullets are 2-0-0 and have had the dream start.

PSU-Harrisburg starts with two draws against decent opponents, but not enough to keep them in the next top 10.

Others:
Lycoming with a nice start (1-0-1 and a draw vs Hopkins) as well as Catholic (1-0-1 and a draw vs Montclair)
Misericordia and Kean also with nice starts (2-0-0)
Drew with a 3-0-0 start

Scranton, Alvernia, Newark, Leb Val and Wash College all underwhelming after the opening weekend.

Eastern 0-2-0 and held scoreless in both matches. Not the start they would want.

Keep asking about Kean, no mention, I see them 1 or 2 in NJAC.

So why not offer a detailed review of Kean yourself?  Explain why you see them finishing #1 or #2 in NJAC.

Messiah beat Kean 7-0 in a scrimmage a couple of weeks ago.

I did mention them above about others that had a nice start to the season. I don't know a ton about them, so any knowledge you have is welcomed. It's not a slight on them by any means. I will give them a watch soon!
