Yep, a top 10 showdown between undefeated teams...doesn't get much better! Even though they have different styles, these two are very evenly matched overall...going to be a war, w/the loser getting a shot at redemption shortly thereafter.

I was just looking back at last year's games against George's wife...CNU took 2 of 3 from the Eagles, but they won the biggest of those, in which Parker had a monster game w/36 points. I'm pretty certain she won't do that again...look for a big dose of Daguilh inside for the Lady Captains, who'll try and contain Comden. We'll see if CNU's depth will wear 'em down...looking forward to it!

The first half goes to CNU, 40-29. Hard fought half. UMW struggling on defense to cover the 3, CNU dominating the boards, and CNU has made 10 more FT than UMW while attemptng 12 more FT than UMW.

Round one to CNU...nice run by the Eagles at the end, but the Captains were up by double digits for most of the game, and 17 w/less than five minutes to go. I was wrong about Daguilh...she didn't play much, and wasn't very effective when she did. She must be nursing some sort of leg injury, as she's been wearing a bandage the last few games...excellent game by Fancher...until the 1st, bbald eagle!
