Congrats, but u get to play a very good Bowdoin team, possibly where they've won 70 in a row. strong in the front court, but major factor is: who'll host?

Balder Eagle

This is good, a very good Bowdoin team will play a very good UMW team. Only now for the NCAA to determine a location.  ;D

Actually it's 2 down 4 to go but we'll just look at it one game at a time. :)  Great win last night against a very tough Muhlenberg team.
Let's hope we get to stay in Virginia for the next Round! Keep it up EAGLES.......

Lisa Tracy scored 18 and Debbie Bruen scored 16 to lead Mary Washington's attack. Bruen (7 for 10 from the field; 2 for 3 at the foul line) had 7 in the first half when the Eagles only scored 23 to fall behind by 6 at the break. Tracy (5 for 8 from the floor; 8 for 8 from the line) was on fire in the second half, scoring all but two of her 18 points in that half. Ashton Mitchell played a solid defensive game inside and added 8 points. Once they opened a lead, the Eagles never looked back, pouring in 45 second half points.

UMW center Liz Hickey had more fouls (4) and blocks (3) than points (2).

Muhlenberg's Meghan Courtney used her bulk and inside footwork very effectively to score 19.

CAC POY Randi Jones of Marymount was at Goolrick cheering for the Eagles.

Welcome to the Sweet 16, UMW!
