SU didn't look as strong or well coached to me this year but I figured maybe it was first year coachitis or something like that. Ther record looks like a step backwards. Philips was a good player and I thought Benshetler was a good coach.

Speaking of Salisbury, Congratulations to Amy Campion for making D3Hoops' All Decade Team -- Honorable Mention.

The other CAC alum , Ronda Jo Miller of Gallaudet, made First Team.  Very impressive.

Yes, Coach Benshetler was an outstanding Coach and won't be easy to replace.

A Washington Post story today on Marymount's Bill Finney as he goes for his 500th career win tonight:

And congratulations to MMT on entering the D3Hoops' top 25.

Congrats to Bill Finney, he's quite a coach and that's an impressive milestone.

If i got the numbers right, 17 more blocks and UMW's Liz Hickey ties the D3 NCAA career record.  :) She may end up with more blocks than Bill Finney has wins! :D Go Liz!

and, mama and cac fan, nice to see some Salisbury fans here too!  ;)  welcome

Thanks bbald!
I hope your calculations are correct because they are the same as mine. Liz is on track to put a real lock on the DIII record.  What a great kid and a role model to us all.
Last Saturday Liz, Lisa Tracey and Katy Larson gave up the ponytails for Locks for Love. A great group of young women at UMW.
Never assume, bbald ;)

hey, maybe I had you wrong - you sound more like an Eagle than a Sea Gull  ;)  Either way, welcome mamadukes
