They are indeed!  VMI is in fact playing more than half of their spring schedule against D3 schools (3 teams).

Dickinson announced on Instagram that it is playing two games on Saturday, April 20 at home:

East Stroudsberg 4:45 pm

Susquehanna 6:00 pm

The 18th year of Red Card Cancer has been scheduled for 4/14.  Teams participating in the round robin include:

Not sure if SLU or Plattsburgh is hosting but on April 28th SLU, Plattsburgh and Mohawk Valley CC will be playing each other.

Redlands is playing its spring game today at DII Cal State Dominguez Hills.  Always fun to play at CSUDH because their home field is the track and field stadium where the LA Galaxy II have traditionally played their home games in USL and MLS Next Pro

UPDATE:  Redlands beat Cal State Dominguez Hills 1-0 on a goal by rising senior Phillip Kostenko, who had 8 goals and 4 assists last year.

Whittier is playing its spring game tonight (Friday, April 12th) at home at 6 pm against Pasadena City College

Whittier had a young team last year that struggled, but the upside of having zero seniors is that they all should be back, including forward Lawrence Dydell, who led the team with 12 goals and 3 assists.

Haverford beat West Chester (DII) 2-1 in its spring game this past weekend

Pacific Lutheran played two spring games this past weekend

University of Chicago played Roosevelt (NAIA) on 4/13, beating them 3-2

University of Rochester really maximized its single game day this past weekend, playing three schools in mini-games right in a row.  I've always thought three halves are about right to get everyone playing time if you have a big enough roster
