Week #2 pool

Remember to pay close attention to the score you're entering. For instance, don't select to team A to defeat team B, but then list the score as 1-2 in favor of team B.

I'll close the pool Thursday night. Good luck!

Crossit4fun

I jumped in this week...this seems like lots of fun

Crossit4fun and others: Ejay is tossing out one low weekly score for each competitor; so, if you missed week one (zero points) it's not too late to get in the game.

d3ma

I also hopped in. Long time lurker, first time participant xD

Ejay

18 responses! People coming out of the woodwork to participate!!

Kudos Ejay!

And I will say, looking up these teams, many of which are somewhat unfamiliar to me, is helping me grow my knowledge outside of the Mid-Atlantic region.

Another hopping in for the weekly fun-  cheers.

Ejay, if you prefer that non-participants stay out of this thread, just say so.  Until then...

Surprised at lack of pool confidence in OWU, Bowdoin, and to some degree ONU and Catholic.

I don't think JCU is gonna beat OWU at Roy Rike.  Most likely result is a draw, but I would pick OWU here, and if OWU wins you'll have to go deep into the dark web to find the JCU recap.

Picking against Bowdoin at Bowdoin?  At your peril...although I do look for Conn to rebound well this season.

What happened to the Catholic confidence?  75% to Emory?  In the end, the pool probably got this one right.

And confidence in ONU was short-lived.  Few see the Polar Bears getting a result at Gregory Sager Memorial Stadium.

NYU...must win game imo (unless they're gonna roll through the UAA).  And I'm not sure they're gonna get it.

Excellent comments PN. The more discussion the merrier.

The Polar Bears took down the North Park Vikings tonight 2-1. Still have a ways to go.
