For those who also follow the Bigsoccer forum that focuses mostly on D1, someone on there does something like this so I wanted to give it a go. I think people see a lot of value in the running tally of coaching changes so we'll see if I can keep up with it since I also have my "other job". Including date posted and salary info, if it was posted also.

And I thought I'd throw some love to the D2 and NAIA/other schools out there, as well:

11/28:  After two years in which his teams accrued a record of 29-5-5, and a Sweet 16 berth this season, Lance Key stepped down at Hardin-Simmons.  Looks like he is retiring from coaching altogether.

I'm sure there are others, but here are some updates: Minnesota-Morris job just filled by (appropriately surnamed) Emma Morris, who was Bethany Lutheran HC. A rare intra-conference head coach shift. Hardin-Simmons hired Rusty Oglesby. Cornell College hired Sarah Campbell. (Looks like first college coaching jobs for both Oglesby and Campbell.) Mississippi University for Women hired Ana Ramos. Geneva College hired Micah Fitz. Jill Leibforth, interim HC last season, was made permanent at Kalamazoo College. Kaine Baker, former assistant on the men's team, hired as women's HC at LaGrange College. Mary-Frances Monroe returns to coaching, now at Wheaton College. On the other side, Colby, Goucher, and Stevens Institute of Technology jobs are open.

Mike Singleton, formerly of W&L men's soccer, named Head Coach of Goucher Women's soccer.

Big time hire (at least in terms of resume) for a program that went 4-5-8 last year and it looks like has had only 3 winning seasons in the last 15 years, two of which were just barely, and hasn't qualified for the NCAA tournament in that time.

Any word on Abby Richter at Case Western?  See they have brought on Alyssa Johnson from Bethany, but hadn't heard what the situation is.

A year after Kenyon's long time men's soccer head coach steps down, women's head soccer coach Kelly Bryan announces her resignation after 21 years.

QuoteAfter more than two decades serving as the Kenyon College women's soccer coach, Kelly Bryan resigned as the leader of the Owls program.

Following her decision, Bryan wrote Sunday an email to all members of Kenyon's Student Affairs Division, "I am honored and proud to have been a part of the women's soccer program and this department for the last 21 years. I have a lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever and I'm confident that I left the women's soccer program better than I found it, and that's all I can ask."

During her time at Kenyon, Bryan, who took over as head coach prior to the 2003 season, compiled a 171-154-36 overall record, making her, by far, the winningest coach in program history. Her teams claimed four North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) championships, with the most recent in 2022.

In 2014, Bryan's team won the NCAC regular season and tournament titles, made an appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament and upset No. 21-ranked Emory University in the first round. Her 2006 team also earned a spot in the NCAA Division III Tournament and defeated Capital University in the first round. That 2006 NCAA appearance and win were both program firsts.

From 2014 through 2022, Bryan's teams all placed top-four in the conference standings and made eight straight appearances in the NCAC Tournament.

Bryan was a three-time NCAC Coach of the Year and one-time winner of both the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Great Lakes Region and the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association's Coach of the Year awards. Her players earned a combined total of 16 All-Region honors and 108 All-NCAC awards, including eight Player of the Year awards.

Seth Benjamin hired as head women's soccer coach at Colby

QuoteBenjamin comes to Colby after a historic run as the head coach at the University of Southern Maine.  The Huskies are coming off back-to-back Little East Conference Championships in 2022 and 2023, accumulating a 67-25-9 record over Benjamin's six seasons at the helm. USM accumulated a 6-2 record across four conference tournaments, and qualified for the NCAA Division III tournament in each of the last two seasons, the first two appearances in program history.  The Huskies defeated 11th-ranked Rowan University in the first round in 2023.

Not the right fit.  Alyssa looks to be a good long term hire.

Sorry, but I haven't heard anything about where Richter ended up.

I do not believe she moved to another college coaching position.
